Dave Ajamiseba has spent more than 10 years doing one thing well: taking complicated products and making them simple to use. He runs the full design process, from the messy discovery work nobody likes to the polished product that ships, across SaaS, fintech, civic tech, healthcare, enterprise software, and digital media.
He came up through digital marketing and advertising, so he thinks about more than whether a screen looks good. He’s asking whether people adopt it, whether they convert, and whether the business actually grows because of the design. That work has ended up in front of millions of people, in digital government IDs, payroll platforms, clinical video tools, and statewide licensing systems.
Today Dave works closely with product managers and engineers to untangle messy workflows, build design systems that scale, and ship products people are genuinely glad to use.
